If you need an accredited certificate, we will tell you so — and name the providers. Our course does not replace it, it comes before it. What we have is a publicly verifiable ID and an assessment of your real documents. What we do not have is accreditation under ISO/IEC 17024, an association brand and a supervised examination date. Whoever needs both does both — the course is then the preparation that makes the seminar day more worthwhile.

For the one person who is to be responsible for AI compliance in your company — typically management, head of IT, quality management, data protection coordination or executive assistant. Prior knowledge of law or IT is not necessary. Anyone who has already completed the staff training has an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite. For context: the AI Act has no duty to appoint — there is no counterpart to Article 37 GDPR, which prescribes the data protection officer. The role is standard practice because the obligations fall on the company and, without a named person, effectively nobody fulfils them.
The basic training (40–50 minutes) shows how to use AI safely — it is meant for all staff and included in the subscription. This course shows how to be responsible for AI compliance: nine specialist modules with eight practical assignments (measured at around 5.5 hours) plus the individual expert check of your documents. That is a different ambition and a different audience.
Because we measured instead of estimated. The reading material comprises around 6,600 words — reading legal text attentively at a good 80 words per minute, that is about 80 minutes. We deliberately calculate slowly: nobody reads tables and articles at novel pace. The real effort lies in the practical assignments: building your AI inventory, checking your external channels, writing your policy draft. That time is real and well invested, because the documents you need anyway are created in the process. You will not find inflated hour counts with us.

With it you demonstrate to auditors and business customers that a qualified person is responsible in your company — the first question in almost every supplier questionnaire. It is valid for 12 months; after that a refresh is enough.
The expert check relates to your company, not to the individual person — so it is only needed once. In practice, in the vast majority of companies one trained responsible person plus the basic training for everyone else is enough — that is exactly how the law is designed: Article 4 expressly names technical knowledge, experience, education and the context of use as the yardstick. So there is no uniform level for everyone, but a role-dependent one.
Because a written report is worth more to you. You do not have to keep a Saturday free, you can read the report at leisure, present it to your management and work through it point by point. A workshop is over after four hours; an assessment report remains. And afterwards you have 30 days for follow-up questions — considerably longer than a session lasts.
No, and that is deliberate. Until August 2026 three Team months were included in the price — that mixed two different things. The course enables one person to carry the responsibility; the subscription trains your workforce and produces the evidence file. A company needs both, but they are separate building blocks, and you should see what you pay for what. That is why the course now costs €490 instead of €790 — minus the subscription months included back then (worth €297) that is the same course price as before, just stated honestly. If you already have a subscription, you pay €390.
No. We provide compliance knowledge, templates and implementation support. For high-risk constellations or individual legal questions we expressly recommend an additional lawyer's review — in the course you also learn to recognise these cases. And a limit we prefer to state ourselves: nobody can issue you a confirmation that your company complies with the Regulation — not us and nobody else. There is no officially recognised body for that. Whoever sells you one is selling you something that does not exist.
