What the kit is not
Three things you should know before you download it — otherwise in two weeks you will hold a completed folder in your hands and believe you are done.
- Not proof of competence. Art. 4 of the EU AI Act requires sufficient AI literacy among the people who use AI. A template cannot train anyone. File 4 is the register for it, not the training.
- Not legal advice. The templates are general and, in case of doubt, do not replace a lawyer's review of your individual case.
- Not filled in. Every file contains placeholders in square brackets. Whoever leaves them in has a document, but no evidence.
Why free — and why in exchange for your address anyway
The templates alone do not solve your problem, and we know that. Whoever fills them in notices by file 4 at the latest that a record per person and a log of every rule change can hardly be kept by hand. That is exactly where we sell something — not before.

Is the kit enough to comply with the AI Act?
No. The kit covers the company documentation: inventory, policy, transparency, approval process. The second obligation — proof of sufficient AI literacy per employee under Art. 4 of the AI Act — cannot be met with templates, because it requires training and documentation per person. The templates are also empty: you have to fill in every placeholder yourself.
In which format do the templates come?
As a ZIP with seven files: one Excel spreadsheet for the AI inventory, four Word documents for policy, transparency building blocks, training record and approval process, two PDF files for roadmap and user guide. Everything in German and based on German and EU law.
How long is the download link valid?
Seven days. After that, get a new one on the same page with the same address — that takes ten seconds and no further sign-up.
